"I recently attended a Plant Medicine Retreat with Hollis.  Before this, I had absolutely zero experience with plant medicine, and I’m so glad this is the way I was introduced to the process.

Hollis was always available to answer any questions I had, even before I fully committed.  Then, six weeks before the event, active support started.  Hollis met with all the people who were registered, for six consecutive weeks, via Zoom.  We talked about what to expect, learned about the medicine, how to prepare nutritionally and physically, meditated, and learned breathwork to support the experience.  And most importantly, we worked on our intentions…. What we wanted to receive/open/learn/heal in our experience.  So, meeting everyone in person became a reunion of sorts since we knew each other from Zoom.

The medicine itself allowed me to open my mind and understand how interconnected EVERYTHING is.  I understood what unconditional love is (something that had been merely a concept for me).  I experienced joy as we did breathwork and experienced a Sound Bath by Hollis…followed by so much singing and dancing around a fire.  I felt joyful and free and alive… with an incredibly open heart… I know that can become my norm.

The thing that will always resonate with me is how I felt supported and held in the resonance of Love.  This is still something that I notice every day.  Hollis and our amazing Shaman, Oscar, were so incredibly in tune with my journey (and everyone else’s).  It’s as though they had the perfect words, or music, or hug, at the perfect time to support an incredible opening.  I always thought psychedelics opened your mind…. and they do….  But for me, the biggest opening is happened/is happening in my heart, something that was encouraged by Hollis and Oscar. 

I am now able to love myself in a way I never dreamed possible… and that carries over into my relationship with others.  I healed long standing anger and resentments… like they just disappeared.  And, I know I contributed to the healing by bringing the courage to look deep inside.

If you’ve ever considered experiencing Plant Medicine, I highly recommend this route.  I can’t imagine achieving the same results without the container that held us all in Love.
