Repeat that over and over and over again until you start to believe it because it is the truth.⠀

We are in a major shift right now where we are all being called to REMEMBER the deep truths about who we are and what we are capable of.⠀

Whether you believe it or not, you pre-planted all of the information you need to self-heal inside your energy field when you decided to incarnate on Earth.⠀

Now that you know it's there, the questions becomes - how do you access it?⠀
⠀
The answer is simple and yet can take some time to get there - but at the root of it all is TRUST. You have to trust that your body is capable of healing. You have to trust in yourself over anyone or anything else. ⠀
